Post-purchase order recovery

Fix orders. Save sales. Grow after checkout.

AfterRevenue checks the safe next step after a Shopify order is placed—so customers can fix, save, reorder, or reach support without creating another mess.

After Checkout Control RoomOne order. Four safer outcomes.

The recovery layer

One place for what happens after “buy.”

Not just editing. AfterRevenue connects the moments where an order can be corrected, retained, expanded, or safely handed over.

01

Fix

Give customers a checked path to correct contact details, address information, and eligible items.

02

Save

Review the reason, present an eligible save offer, or move through guarded cancellation without guesswork.

03

Grow

Turn repeat demand into attributed reorder and add-on checkout links while the intent is still fresh.

04

Support

Deflect the simple request—or hand staff the clean order context and recovery options already checked.

Five customer journeys

A safer next step, even when the answer is “not yet.”

Every journey separates what the customer wants from what Shopify can safely do right now.

01

Address + contact

Fix address and contact details

Customers can ask for an eligible shipping, phone, or email correction from their order. AfterRevenue checks Shopify context and protected-data rules before an update is attempted.

No customer data changes without current order context and the required approval.

02

Item changes

Change eligible items

Let shoppers request quantity changes, removals, or additions. Live inventory, order locks, fulfilment state, and any balance are checked before Shopify receives a guarded edit.

If a request cannot be completed safely, the shopper gets a clear next step instead of a broken promise.

03

Cancel-save

Save the sale before cancellation

Understand why the customer wants to cancel, present a merchant-approved offer when eligible, and keep cancellation guarded and reconcilable when the customer still wants to leave.

Offers and cancellations are recorded as outcomes—not hidden behind a generic support ticket.

04

Reorder + add-on

Turn recovery into another checkout

Create attributed links for repeat products or compatible add-ons. The source order, variant availability, merchant rules, and checkout destination are verified before the customer moves on.

Every generated link is bounded, attributable, and checked again when opened.

05

Self-service + handoff

Send support the context that matters

AfterRevenue recognizes common address, status, payment, reorder, and cancellation intent before a ticket is opened. If support is still needed, staff receive a safer, more useful handoff.

Unsafe tokens, admin URLs, raw customer proof, and malformed legacy context are stripped before delivery.

How it works

From install to recovery in three moves.

The customer experience stays simple because the order, payment, fulfilment, and data checks happen behind it.

  1. 01

    Connect

Install the public Shopify app and open AfterRevenue from the order-status and merchant surfaces.

  2. 02

    Set guardrails

Choose recovery rules, fulfilment cutoffs, save paths, integrations, and support behavior.

  3. 03

    Recover

Let AfterRevenue check context, take the safe action, and record what the outcome teaches you.

Connected, honestly

Native where Shopify should lead. Adaptable where teams already work.

Built in Toronto

For commerce teams that care what happens next.

AfterRevenue is built around a simple idea: a customer request after checkout is not only a support cost. It can be a safer order, a saved sale, another checkout, and a signal that improves the operation.

What can customers do with AfterRevenue?

They can enter merchant-configured paths for address or contact corrections, eligible item changes, cancel-save review, reorders and add-ons, order-status questions, and checked support handoff.

Does every request change the order automatically?

No. AfterRevenue checks current order, fulfilment, payment, inventory, merchant-rule, and protected-data context. Unsafe or unavailable actions stop with a clear next step.

How does the 30-day trial work?

A merchant selects a plan through Shopify Billing. The new subscription includes a 30-day trial, and Shopify shows the approval terms before anything is accepted.

Are all integrations on the roadmap already available?

No. The integration directory separates Shopify-native capabilities and current secure adapters from planned vendor compatibility. A planned label is not a live integration claim.

Can AfterRevenue work beyond Shopify?

The public app is Shopify-first today. The product and brand are designed around post-purchase recovery more broadly, but no other commerce platform is advertised until it is implemented and tested.

What happens after checkout?

Make it another chance to recover.

Fix the order. Save the sale. Grow the next checkout. Learn from the request.
